That is NOT true... We just took our dog there and we got our shots. We are from Tennessee for Tesla. But, that had nothing to do with it.
The NHS clinic serves in-house animals only, with a vaccine clinic on Saturdays and occasional spay/neuter promotions. The veterinarians and clinic staff employed by NHS only have the time and resources to care for the animals in their care, and privately owned animals will be sent away with a local vet list and resources unless it is for the clinic or a current promotion.
They provide vet services.
They have vets that volunteer there for the animals that get picked up. They also offer spay and neuter services every once in a while. Its way cheaper and the exact same service then any other vet services. I dont think they have normal vet services though.
