Absolutely open. Was there Aug 20th and hiked all day. Random trail folk, with masking wearing respect throughout. Dog rolled with us and worked great. Paddled Trillium Lake in evening. Beautiful

The parks are open. Masks are required where you're unable to socially distance so have one with you and you're good to go!
