When do you close the road running through the park for winter? Is there a specific date or is it weather dependent? We are hoping to climb Lassen in November... Thanks 🌋

It's dependent on the weather, but the road usually closes in November. Best wishes

From my own personal experience, it has been dependent upon weather conditions. I recently went mid August and noticed it had some ice packs still on the mountain. November could possibly be a hit or miss.
