I dont recommend gettinf a bus up there, its a dirt road for a good portion of the trip to the parking lot. Its pretty tight to get throigh in a large truck so i dont think a bus would be a good idea.
I definitely wouldn't recommend it. Its probably too heavy for the road going up the canyon to the park, and tear up the road. Maneuvering it around would be a pain. The guy who maintains the road into the park purposely leaves it pretty rough and rutted to keep speeds down. It wouldn't be a smooth ride.
It would probably be best to park a bus outside the entrance. A bus can make it to the entrance, no problem. Might call the park for questions in regards to bus parking.
My wife was getting claustrophobic in our subaru forester on our way up, so probably not
The road to the park is dirt, deeply rutted and intentionally derelict because townspeople don't want hordes of people coming there, which they do anyway. I recommend hoing off hours and off days to avoid insane crowds. It's a shame the population has exploded like it has. In 30 years, I've nevet been there I didn't see at least one rock climber. It's very beautiful and worth seeing, but no longer the spiritual native american retreat it once was.
I'm with Bernadette....lol!
