There is a day fee to use, but we'll worth it. Clean bathrooms, boat ramp, playground and a dump station for your RV!!! Ooh did I mention electrical at some of the campsites:)

Good camping conditions, no hook up,yet bath rooms ok, fishing spots everywhere Great time last MayDaniel, Thanks for the awesome review. We have electrical sites in North Red Hills, if you interested in that kind of hook up. But sorry water is just available at the pump jacks. Glad the fishing went well!!

Stunning- this place is amazing. The sites have lots of space and the views are spectacular. There’s no hook ups, but there are places to fill your water and dump. We stayed at Sunshine Beach and it was amazing. The sand on the beach is …Thank you for your kind review I couldn't have said it better myself come back again soon.

Did not get to stay because of 4th July Holiday, and the fact you had to use private reservation service, to which we couldn't connect due to limited phone service. But the staff there were awesome and directed us to great dispersed camping on North Platte. Thanks much!Thank you for your honest review we try hard and I'm glad to hear the staff was helpful hopefully the reservation system will get better in the future please come back again.

There's camping on the beach at sunshine (?) Campground, but not right at the sand dunes. And yes there are trails for your ATV's and motorcycles that will take you to the sand dunes by the reservoir. Be careful, there are some more sand dunes on private property.
Yes you can but there are very few trees to hang it from. Most are in the north read hills in the #27,28,30,and19
Most of it is paved, until you get to the very end... When you're in the park. There are some rough spots on the paved portion (potholes, bumps, etc.)
First 20 miles paved. From there on it's a road from hell! Not maintained, very winding, steep over and then down the mountain. Ok for trucks but don't recommend large RV's taking that route!
I was there once. All I saw was marked camp sites that you paid for.
We took kayaks, speed, and pontoons out without issues!
