Huge park with loads of hiking paths. Nice place to visit any season.

Had a great time. Stayed in one of the shelters and stayed nice and dry despite plenty of rain. Shelter had 2 sets of bunk beds, an indoor table and a little wood stove in case it got cold.

Hi Mark. I'm not sure what's going on. Voorhees State Park is administered from the office at the Spruce Run Recreation Area. If you Google their number, hopefully they can tell you what's going on.
Yes. A picnic area and grills are there. No need to reserve. Very few people are there.
