I had a blast here, plenty of shade and seating and just a really cool piece of history here, I made myself a steak dinner on one of the grills at the park... I got the groceries from the local grocery store up the road from here, this meal cost me 11.75 anyways, I loved it here.

A really nice local park, the perfect place for a picnic or to take a break from the highway. There are picnic tables and grill sites all with a view of the Historic bridge and some with a view of the river. Plenty of space for kids to run around and it's an easy walk over the bridge to the nearby artisan village. Note there is no playground, and the restroom is located in the parking lot near the wheelchair accessible picnic area (which means an uphill walk from any other picnic bench).

Beautiful and informative park with a few shops selling handmade goods. A very memorable place to visit. Would definitely go back someday.

Great experienced.. Felt like I stepped into 1813.. Amazing Bridge from those hardworking hands of people. Must see if you are in Deep Creek Area.

Again this is not a drive through park you have to park your car and get out to walk around
