December 2021 Wonderful place to enjoy the outdoors and tour the grounds of this historic landmark. The visitor's center features numerous artifacts from those harrowing days endured by the Continental army. A historic village is right next to the park where you can walk around at your leisure, and just over the bridge is another park and museum with even more artifacts.

This is the spot where General George Washington and about 2400 men of the Continental Army crossed the icy Delaware River on a miserable cold Christmas night in 1776. We began our visit with a fantastic movie and a excellent guided tour. The visitor center and grounds are very nice. The gift shop has an extensive collection of gifts and the museum is well laid out with incredible exhibits. It was a tremendous historic visit to walk where they walked in 1776. This was one for the bucket list.

While I cannot comment on the visitor's center, we come here often to walk and enjoy unobstructed views of the river. This park appeals both to those interested in local history (the park is home to several historic buildings) as well as perfect for outdoor fun! Whether walking or cycling, you can do both. Connects with the Delaware and Raritan Canal path for more cycling and walking or cross the bridge to connect with the Washington crossing state park on the New Jersey side. Limitless options abound for extra long hikes or bike rides on both sides of the river!. Currently undergoing some reservations on the PA side to better the property.

Always wondered about the "Washington Crossing" location, and was pleasantly surprised to find a park with a visitor center. They provided a group "guided tour" and a 20-minute movie about Washington's history changing raid on the Hessian encampment at Trenton. They have replicas of the boats used to make the crossing, and they conduct a "reenactment," two times, in the month of December, including on Christmas Day. Well worth a couple of hours of your time if you are in the area!

They have tables I took a small group for an unguided tour of grounds on the NJ side and the PA side of the bridge. unsure who to contact for formal group. Picnic tables and grills are near the water already.
We didn't pay anything, except a donation, to see the small museum and walk the grounds. To view inside of the historic buildings, and use a guide, there is a fee. We arrived too late in the day (about 4:00 pm) to use their services.
Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, some parks will charge admission or parking fees.
There's a big reproduction in the auditorium in the Washington crossing visitors center. The original is at the MET: https://www.metmuseum.org/art/collection/search/11417
Parking should be free along with the entrance. I also think that you can pay by card.
Yes-;they have pavilions. the website should help.
You would have to call the park office
