It depends what day and what time you leave you would have to call Grayhound office and they will let you know usually the Wicks weekends or more expensive Wednesday Thursdays or the cheapest
Thank you for that. That was my first time posting a question in that way. Kinda cool! I found out since having posted my question that there is one in Fort Worth, Texas. Google Maps indicated it should take just over twenty mins to get there from Lake Worth. That will have to do.π
They will check your bags in prior to departure.
Most times I've travel via GH, I've only had to put name tag and set it besides bus I was to board..
Hope this helps.
If my boarding ticket is ft worth can I board in Dallas. Its the 1st stop
In my recent experience I did not have to show an ID. However, on the same journey a single bus was overbooked by 5 people which caused a domino effect of other issues. Perhaps if identification had been checked for ticketed passengers then non-ticketed wouldn't have been allowed to board. People were also allowed to board with larger baggage than Greyhound States is allowed. It's important to note that this did not happen at the Fort Worth station which is much more friendly and efficient than other stations I've been to. So, on second note: yes, you will have to show identification-- at the FORT WORTH station. Safe travels!
-Fort Worth has a Greyhound bus station it's next to the train station Amtrak I don't remember I'll I'm going through Huntsville but the town decided I know it does I don't remember a line going through Huntsville but the town decided I know it does because of the prison you can always go to Dallas and come to Fort Worth it's only 20 bucks uber from Dallas-Fort Worth is $51 and that's from DFW to the far west side of Fort Worth and I'm talking that's a long ways found out from the south in the summer that's a popular route might be crowded seats already sold try going to Dallas then Fort Worth
You're better off on the web side nobody ever answers the phone so don't even try calling or the best thing to do is the go up there cuz you can get stuff and routes on sale to wherever you're going and if you change your location you're going to like you're going to Seattle but you want to take another bus to another destination it's only $20 extra and act like you're disabled the put you in the front of bus you'll be the first and everything first one to get on first one to get off the tag on your equipment all your luggage

Anywhere from $240-280, depends on if you buy in advance a few days or not. Discounts for students and veterans exist if you are already a member of the appropriate discount programs (Veterans Advantage or Students Advantage), which are separate privately run discount programs.
When I took my son in law a couple of weeks ago the security officer told us that the inside of the bus station was closed but he was able to purchase his ticket on line. Hope that helps you any.
I have been through the Fort Worth station multiple times. There is an Amtrak station there as well, and a Subway. I have never felt unsafe it is well kept and clean and has security. I have only been there during the day. I cannot speak for late hours.
Do I really have to get a ticket for my child which is 4 ? I wouldnβt mind him sitting in my lap , he should be free anyway ????

Greyhound only allows service dogs on board for people with disabilities. I would recommend calling your local Greyhound Station/ Greyhounds customer support number to see if there is any costs associated with taking one along.

This particular Greyhound chairs stations with city buses as well as Amtrak and I don't recall hearing Brownwood Texas mention though it does go nearby to Laredo, I'm sure it makes small near stop small nearby stops within 20 to 50 miles, or so
Nothing to worry about . The train will also take you one block from the bus station as well . Don't take a taxi tho use lyft or uber taxi cost way more
Ok ! My friend Ruben Morales had a return trip ticket from San Antonio to Ft. Worth this morning. Departure at 6am. Got to bus station and was told the bus was canceled and they didn't know when another bus wwould

Go to greyhound and just order the ticket or pretend like you are ordering and it will show you the different prices and details of your trip without purchasing a ticket

Negative. They must have identification to pickup the ticket. You could send it to someone that does have identification and them hand off the ticket, however.
The last local bus runs around 11 so around the then but if grayhound has buses scheduled after that it might be open later....its alwas a good idea to call ahead
You'll have to give the info and answer other questions for possible discounts you may qualify for and dates for travel in the website or call the customer service number provided on the site.
I hate to tell you this but most people who live today do the least possible to keep thier jobs. No one cares much anymore about thier fellow humans. Most would cross to the other side of the street rather than acknowledge that you are on fire and need any assistance. As for greyhound bus lines a customer service based company your best bet is to try thier website and hope your inquires are some of the frequently asked questions. If you ask me directly I will do my Best to give you the most appropriate information I have :::
They are normally short handed. They also depend on you the customer to get all the answers online. My personal opinion is that they have been very rude to me and to most customers. The stations are not in good areas and have security. The buses are often late but will get you to where you are going.
You can actually connect between Dart and Greyhound in Dallas without coming to Fort Worth. But if you want to connect to the Greyhound bus station in Fort Worth, once you take the TRE to Fort Worth it pulls into the same station that Greyhound uses. You just have to go inside.
I usually call the 800 number. It can be arrange by phone for your trip because you can do it automatically finding out prices and times.you can also buy the ticket over the phone
The driver does not look at the id card. All they want is the bus ticket. ID maybe needed to get your ticket from the counter unless you print it from home.
Only way to know is to visit the greyhound website and enter your travel details, departure, destination, and dates. You will get an instant estimate of the best price available at that moment. There is no fixed price for all days, but you can get a lower price if you plan and buy your ticket weeks in advance. I prefer Megabus over greyhound though, except that greyhound covers more destinations
