Why won't anybody answer the phone??????? What kind of place is this?? Very unprofessional......

I hate to tell you this but most people who live today do the least possible to keep thier jobs. No one cares much anymore about thier fellow humans. Most would cross to the other side of the street rather than acknowledge that you are on fire and need any assistance. As for greyhound bus lines a customer service based company your best bet is to try thier website and hope your inquires are some of the frequently asked questions.
