They are normally short handed. They also depend on you the customer to get all the answers online. My personal opinion is that they have been very rude to me and to most customers. The stations are not in good areas and have security. The buses are often late but will get you to where you are going.
They have weird hours and their customer service really sucks. Call the station in Dallas, they usually answer.
Normally pretty busy. Not sure why else.
