Avoid the north Fort Worth location at Alliance Town Center on Texas Sage Trail! Horrible management. Asked a couple of customer service associates in the store if I could get three boxes to help an older family member. We are helping him move after the passing of his wife of 58 years. When I was heading out the door, the store manager was extremely rude and said I could not take 3 boxes with me. "It is the weekend and we need those boxes!" They had at least a hundred empty boxes available. It was only one hour before closing for the night. For years, I have picked up boxes at liquor stores in that there are good for small items and sturdy. NEVER been treated so rude in a retail location ever! So since MR. MANAGER makes the decisions, I let the scrooge keep the boxes. Sad part is he probably yelled at those associates after I left. Just incredibly terrible customer service. So go to Spec's or Goody-Goody when you are in the north Fort Worth - Keller area.

When I was there, most people were wearing masks, but not really social distancing. They had dividers at checkout.
