Call and ask if you can use it. They usually don't look at the dates and times anyway as long as you have purchased the tickets.
Contact customer service...it's a $20 fee to change the day... unless you have a flex ticket. I hope this helps!

I would say ask the worker at the Desk at the 1001 Jones St Greyhound Location if you are nearby However, because of delays and other issues, IT IS probably better to Call Greyhound Immediately the sooner the better tell them the situation This way you can avoid delays, receive refund if possible or Resolve Ticket issue.
