Yes they have outlets on the greyhound to plug your cell phone

Make sure your bring the charger chord AND inlet box for the several buses I ride in didn't have just the USB inlet . The newer buses have USB and plug in but 80% don't

Yes all the Greyhound buses have plug ins so you can charge what ever you want to
