(OakBrook Store) Obviously a employee or paid liar posted that they do not push services, because they most certainly do. Wait times suffer dramatically because of this. 5-10 min transactions take 30 min per customer. Spent an hour waiting on a weekday morning.

If you bought the product directly from Comcast and have not opened the package, I think they will. If the pack is opened, they would need to inspect it and they will decide if they are willing to take it back. If you bought it somewhere not run by Comcast, good luck.
