This pregnant lady was on call and chat all day for a simple price match that has been honored before with ease and then had her internet connection disconnected without my consent. customer care for comcast has never been so bad for us today we want to stay loyal customers because we have never had such bad treatment before. Some of the agents lied to me and wanted unnecessary amounts of info to do this simple price match as well as had me on hold and disconnected my online chat several times. The whole day of my life was taken up by this its just very disappointing and the fact that we had our service disconnected without consent was just horrible to have to fix.

I came to the store having an issue with my phone that could not be resolved through the their call center. We came on Saturday and there was an a long line so they said come back on Monday. I did have been waiting for 2 hours. I asked to speak to Henry Sanches the assistant store manager. In the beginning he was so nice and trying to help when I explained my ongoing problem with them. That’s when his true color came out. He personally told me that there is nothing he could do and that I should have stayed home and dealt with the problem myself. Rather than waisting their time. Do not come to this store they need more competent manager. Everyone else was nice. Just he was being a D***

I don't know details about the modem but I was there 3 days ago and they said they have all equipment in the store for pickup. You also can order it on line with a pickup at the store. It usually ready within an hour.
You have to go to the store and check in, they do not reserve boxes.

Well it depends on how you want to upgrade. If you are taking advantage of the "Early Upgrade" after 12 of the 24 payments have been made, you may upgrade your phone. But here is the catch...no matter what Customer Service or anyone at the Xfinity store says, YOU MAY ONLY UPGRADE TO A PHONE THAT IS IN STOCK AT THE STORE! Also you do have to make the 1st monthly payment for the new phone when you get the new phone. You also have to pay the sales tax on the new phone at that time.

U can return any equipment to ANY xfinity store and u can only return a phone from the store u bought it from
Generally, Xfinity does have self install kits for their cable TV, Internet, and home security part of the system. There is no charge fo the self install kits. I was only at the Vernon Hills Xfinity store to get my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 phone. I don't know if that store has anythings but phones there. I do know that the store opening in Gurnee, IL will have all services and products when it opens. I was told that the Comcast office in Waukegan will close, so Waukegan will be served by the new Gurnee office. It is still under construction. No date stated when that will be...."coming soon!" is all the sign says.

Customer service is always a question but through my experience dealing with a direct sales rep, things are much smoother. If you what his name and number let me know.
