This pregnant lady was on call and chat all day for a simple price match that has been honored before with ease and then had her internet connection disconnected without my consent. customer care for comcast has never been so bad for us today we want to stay loyal customers because we have never had such bad treatment before. Some of the agents lied to me and wanted unnecessary amounts of info to do this simple price match as well as had me on hold and disconnected my online chat several times. The whole day of my life was taken up by this its just very disappointing and the fact that we had our service disconnected without consent was just horrible to have to fix.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at ANY store let alone an Xfinity store. Rude, condescending and untrained. I’ll be contacting Philadelphia regarding this matter. Stayed tuned I intend to get your branding store status pulled. You never know who walks through your door looking for service.

This place used to have great customer service now the agents are rude. This one guys claims he’s the manager has very poor work ethic. He cared more about sipping his drink from speedway than providing customer service. If you don’t speak Spanish I would go to another location to be serviced. How do you tell people it’s their personal choice he lacks empathy and interpersonal skills! Please bring back the other people! Who wears a hat backwards and talks to customers sipping from a speedway cup! The new manager of the Kildeer location!

There is no direct number, call the Comcast 800 number and they can schedule a visit time, I was there yesterday
