They do not take equipment from cox. You have to go to the rancho store or the one further out on sahara

They have a sale. Corporate charges $119 or 129. These guys have it for 89 and then they take an addition $10 off if you get any service with them or if you have a military family or first responder. I'm telling you this is the place. $79.99 for a modem router combo is a great deal. They also have stand alone routers for $25

For equipment returns, you can call customer service and they will mail you a prepaid shipping label and a return box and you can send it that way. If you go to a corporate store instead of this franchise store ( which happens to be number 1 in the United States ) , there will be a 30-45 min wait so I highly suggest getting it mailed in. It does not cost you anything. Just call this store and they will transfer you to the right place and request the label and the box. Easy. I hate driving around and waiting in long lines when I can accomplish the same goal with a quick call.

This store does more units than all the others combined. Just not a good store to return equipment. Call their number for Sahara and Valley view. They pick up by the 2nd ring and they have a low price guarantee. If you can get a better deal anywhere else, they will give you $100 cash. It is also a veteran owned an operated franchise location. I would rather do business with a small business guy instead of corporate if the deals are the same or better at this place and I will be in and out quickly. I don't have all day to wait at any other store. Have you seen the lines. The one on Sahara and Valley view has the best customer service, best prices and you don't have to wait long. You can do the order over the phone or in store. I just got a bundle and they hooked me up. They even gave me a router at their wholesale cost. Trust me this is the spot to go
