They close before the hour and even if they see you at the door they say that it is already closed I wanted to deliver the internet box and being in front of it the guy without doing anything did not want to receive it

I got the best customer service at this store. It’s hard to get quality help these days and Kendra needs to be recognized! She was super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I went in to upgrade my phone and she gave me excellent advice (not just the most expensive option!) and transferred all my data seamlessly. I’ve been a long time Comcast fan and am even more so now. I only wish I could call the store directly to tell the manager. Other team members were also friendly. This is a top notch store!

We just worked with Kofi, who patiently helped my dad (who has vision issues) pick a new phone and get it set up so it would work for him. He did not try to push a more expensive option. He just listened to what my dad needed and helped him get it.

If you are talking about a cable wire then I would suggest going to a 99 cents store or hardware store to purchase it cheaper
The store does not have a direct phone number
As long as you have your internet router from Comcast, you don't need the other stuff. If your house was wired for cable TV, you're all set. If you don't want cable or phone service, call them or stop in to an Xfinity store and change your service. If you remember your Comcast email and password, you can go online and stream basic cable stations on your computer.
