I work From home and my internet speed is very important....theses guys set me up in a bind and helped me but the problem is when you use an internet based phone system there's constantly static and interference....I'd give this 1 star but the staff and employees are super friendly and respectful so I give 2 stars they also took my window out to install my dish and didn't re install it correctly and drilled a hole in my wall in wrong spot and never repaired it.

I have been using Velocity since August here in Ozark. Prior to this I was with Suddenlink, and Velocity is outperforming them in leaps and bounds. I am very pleased and highly recommend them. I especially like that they are a local business! Update. it's now over a year from my last post. I'm moving and am sad to say out of Velocitys service area. All this time I haven't had any problems at all the entire time. I'll be keeping an eye out and if they start providing service at my destination I'll definitely use them again!
