Can i return a modem to this location?

U can return any equipment to ANY xfinity store and u can only return a phone from the store u bought it from

Yes you can return modems, cable boxes, and even cellphones to the Gurnee, IL location. Oops! I just saw that you may be asking about returning a modem to the Vernon Hills location. I am not sure about that. I was at the Vernon Hills last January to purchase a phone and get set up for Xfinity Mobile service. All of my TV/Internet equipment came from the Waukegan Comcast office...which is now closed coz they moved out to the Gurnee store, which is a full service store. I hope this helps...
