Need an Xfinity X1 Modem/router that has both 2.4 and 5.0 ghz capabilities. Customer service said I can pick one up from Vernon Hills today? Looking for a confirmation before I go there.

I don't know details about the modem but I was there 3 days ago and they said they have all equipment in the store for pickup. You also can order it on line with a pickup at the store. It usually ready within an hour.

I'm not sure of the Ghz ratings of their available equipment, but the store's primary purpose is to distribute equipment and connecting cables. Definitely phone first for store hours and modem specifications.
