It's an Xfinity/Comcast office with a mix of experienced & inexperienced People. So weigh all options...pros & cons before signing a deal..There are some good people that work there & I was lucky to meet few of them. You can register/ return equip ment..upgrade / downgrade..make changes to an existing plan..etc. Good luck.
No it is not a call center but bunch of ignorant people that work there and be careful what you say cuz they will manipulate your words and say you said something else...
