I've only been here a couple of times so far, but my online order has been ready every time. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Selection, and prices are great too. Much better than their competition all around. Keep up the great work!

Thanks for reaching out. You will still need a medical card for a while. From what we've seen in other states, it can normally take months to a year to fully implement. It's easy to get your card. The Department of Health has a full list of all certifying practicioners on their website found here: https://www.health.ny.gov/regulations/medical_marijuana/ Thanks!
Our comfy waiting room is open for you. Bring some pillows and a mask. You do have to leave each day by 6 or 7 pm though and we're trying to limit patients in store for less than 15 minutes to minimize everyone's exposure. The 15 minutes could be tough for living arrangements haha. Our hours are always posted on here for holidays. During COVID-19, I would suggest checking our website for the most up to date covid protocols.
Thanks for reaching out! All of NY is medical only. You would need to obtain your medical marijuana card from a certified practitioner before coming to see us. With the new laws passing, it will still take time (months-years) to implement.
As Matthew said, medical only; there are currently no (legal) rec sales in NYC nor in greater NYS. There are a handful of legal rec dispensaries in New York on federally-recognized sovereign indigenous land, but I don't think any are near the city (the only ones I know of in operation are by the Canadian border, with one coming to Long Island, I think). Implementation of legal rec sales is looking to start at the end of 2022, at best, based on what I've read.
Hi Michael-In NYS-we have ‘consumables’. Currently this includes capsules, chewables tablets, powders you can mix into a beverage and curachews. Feel free to reach out to us at our NYC dispensary if you would like to discuss further! You can also see a live time look of our selection on the website under order online.
Hi Daria- we have many items available in different ratios. Please feel free to call the dispensary or check out our online menu here: https://fpwellnessny.com/order-medical-marijuana-online-nyc-manhattan/
We do now carry flower! Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions at the dispensary!
New York is still requires a medical card to shop for any THC products!! However you are able to purchase cbd!!
You unfortunately can't use an out of state card mostly. Some states transfer over to NY but you'd be better off googling if your specific state's med card is a carryover to NY. And they do not sell recreational.
First time visit, you'll need your state certification that you got from the prescribing doctor. They like it printed out. Walk-ins seem to be on the rise.
Not yet
how can i get one?
You must have your medical card.
Only NY State card holders are accepted. Recreational shops are popping up now in the city.
Yes they will accept your temporary card. Just remember that you must have a consultation with the pharmacist before placing your first order. RISE Currently doesn't accept walk ins due to COVID, so just make sure to call ahead before trying to place an order. Hope this helps.
Yes you need a medical marijuana card to shop here
Strictly medical. MM Card required.
No... although recreational Marijuana is legal now, dispensaries are still only able to sell for medicinal purposes.
Yes you have to have a medical license to purchase in NY
Nope
They do

Hi Christopher- we are currently medical only. We’re excited about the new bill being passed but normally it takes at least 1-2 years to implement. If you are a NY resident, it’s an easy process to get your medical marijuana card through a certifying practitioner.
Hi Jane- you would have to see a certifying practicioner to receive your NY MMJ certification. There is a complete list of doctor's on the department of health website found here: https://www.health.ny.gov/regulations/medical_marijuana/practitioner/public_list.htm There are several great online companies too which will certify you from your home too through zoom or skype. You can find them through google and weedmaps by searching medical marijuana card new york. Always feel free to reach out to us for any questions as well!
Thanks for reaching out. A NY medical card is still required for any dispensary purchase in NY. We still can not accept out of state cards or patients without cards. We're excited about the new bill that was voted on but it can take 1-2 years to fully implement.
We do not currently offer delivery at this time.
No. It was voted on that day; however, it takes time to implement. We're super excited for it as well. From what we've seen in other states, it could be over a year from the date before recreational sales open.
Hi Carmen-if you have your New York Medical card we can certainly get you set up for a first time patient consultation. Please give our store a call with any questions you may have! Thanks!
Not really I just call ... I've never had a problem ... staff is very competent and friendly
Hi Frankie- Our full menu can be found here: https://fpwellnessny.com/order-medical-marijuana-online-nyc-manhattan/ Currently the State of NY doesn’t allow us to dispense wax/shatter. We do have a few concentrated options available. Give us a call if you have any questions and we’re happy to help! 212-689-8676
