Thanks for reaching out! All of NY is medical only. You would need to obtain your medical marijuana card from a certified practitioner before coming to see us. With the new laws passing, it will still take time (months-years) to implement.

They recently made it legal for recreational use. The governor already signed it. U can smoke anywhere u can smoke tobacco. Except ur/a car. Ur allowed 3 ozs in u and i forget how many plants u can have. Selling is another story. Not sure if its legal to sell recreationaly yet.
