I did not have one. At the Oak Brook site took about ten minutes to get in.

Right now it is taking a long time to get in. I would highly recommend making an appointment. If you have one the line you will go to will be shorter.

Would be preferred but I just never had any luck scheduling one. We waited in line all the times we went. Didn't take long to get in or get an answer to any issues.
