Why does this service location have a phone number that does the exact same thing calling Xfinity does, prompt after prompt not giving me an option for my question!? I want to speak to someone at this location before I drive out to it!!!!!

I would find another location.At this location the people are rude and ignorant at the time I was there also I've had friends that have been there within the past year said they're just as horrible as they were before and if not more ignorant.. Good luck

The specific locations don't have phone numbers (at least, not that we know of,) and they would rather just redirect everyone to the main customer support line.
