I went here to see the King Tut immersion experience. They are conveniently located near a parking garage and offer validated parking. The art exhibit was amazing. I wish that I had taken some pictures but I was way too into looking at the projections of the story that were everywhere. Get there early so that you can snag a seat on one of the few benches. Otherwise you will be standing or sitting on the floor.

Great tut

King Tut exhibit: This is not worth $40 a ticket. Yes, it's neat that they have a movie playing on the walls and floor, but that is all it is, a movie, I've seen better on the history channel. If you can get tickets for a whole lot cheaper, go for it, oh and it's only around 35 minutes long.

Amazing place

Street parking. It's not terrible during the week, but there's a parking garage around the corner if you hate parallel parking.

The show last for exactly 35 minutes. But you can buy merchandise and check out the art and history.
Yes
Sorry, no.
I have. Its a package for 2 people. If you see my review i talk a lot about it.
You have a 2 hour window, so probably anytime between 9-11.
You will have to check it in coat check.
About 30 minutes
Very long stairs! But there is an elevator, I went with my kid in the stroller and had no problems
3 Arts Club Cafe on Dearborn is awesome.
According to their website no mask mandate or proof of vaccination is required as of February 28th
Do you rent motor scooters for the disabled
Hi, I understood that you start this week with the Frida kalo show. But I also know that I had extended a little more time.
Chairs are available, just ask.
Yes but it's not something that would interest kids. Maybe to run around the open area but that might disrupt the show for people.
We took a bus trip from Rockford so we got dropped by the door
I always use Hotels.com and Booking.com when I search for hotels. The prices will vary depending on the date and if its peak season. I went there recently like two weeks ago and stayed at Whitehall Hotel which is at the magnificent mile itself. I stayed for 8 nights for $1100 plus. It was pretty reasonable price considering that eveything is walking distance. From the hotel to the Immersive Van Gogh it was like 16-20 mins ride depending on traffic. You can also use the bus which is much cheaper way to explore the city. The cheapest hotels I could think of would be at the outskirts of the city like in Schaumburg. It really is by chance that you'll find a reasonable hotel rate within the city. I hope this helps.
Call the gallery and give them your ticket order confirmation number. I used e- tickets. Super easy.
Why does everyone keep answering the question when it has already been answered correctly?
You can honestly show up later than 20 minutes. We were about 30 minutes late after dealing with parking and getting in and they didn't even care or say anything about it.
We did the hotel stay and went with the one with the art museum in it...I forget the name. It was pretty nice, plus if you like art, you have a museum right there you can go through in your pajamas if you want, anytime of the day. I didn't actually do that, but that's what I was told, lol. It has a secured elevator that you need a card for and there is a parking ramp on the same block. They tossed in some cute little extras too. The room was nice and clean and comfortable.
Give them a call.
James Kilmer Garage Address: 1560 N Sandburg Terrace. 150 feet from front door.
Go to the box office when you get there. They should have a record of your purchase and be able to help.
Thank you!!! I'm coming from Rockford so I wouldn't have had a clue about the "parkchicago" app
You need to contact them directly, I am not familiar with their refund policy.
I dont know. I got my ticket information via my email.
There are places to sit down, and an elevator. I don't think there are wheelchairs.
No , communication is the key. If you call them they probably will be able to work it out for you.
I saw people with their own
There are wheelchair available and yes there is handicap parking on the side street
You will see visual references to The Starry Night, but not the full painting in details. Actually, the whole exposition is a 30-min animated video showing some details of his paintings. Do not expect still images/photos of his works.
There is a parking lot across the street in one of the Sandburg Village garages (public parking is available). I think it was $18 for 2 hours.
No look problem at all.
It's not a lot of walking, just 3 rooms. Seating is limited but you can sit on the floor in your circle. I did see people in wheelchairs but I don't know if they were provided by the exhibit.
Folding chairs are also readily available. Staff will gladly assist you.
It is very loud. Lots of lights.
They have some FAQ on their website about cancellations.
If you deleted the email you got from them with your tickets, you will (probably) need to directly contact them in order to have those resent to you.
They might have senior discounts but not sure, the rest will be regular price
I would call, several stairs to go up to the floor where the show is.
There are some benches to sit on, but they're limited. There are mostly illuminated social distanced areas on the floor to stand or sit in... There ARE seat cushions to put on the floor to sit on. Grab one before entering...
They should have sent you and email and confirmation right away. This is not a venue where they will call you.
I got the regular prices ticket and had a great time as a regular Joe not a VIP
They will email a reminder a day or two before the show. You should be able to access your tickets from that email.
they have a website with exhibition info, parking info, covid info, and ticket information and ordering. they also have a box office at the venue so you can look around a bit.
only online no box office
There is an underground garage on Germania
