I would call, several stairs to go up to the floor where the show is.
Limited seating. My husband brought his own folding stool. To get to front door there are some steps up. Ask about access. Inside there's an elevator for handicapped, which one needs to get to inside show entrance, which is not on 1st floor. Also there are 3 spaces to view the exhibition - 2 rooms of which the larger one has a balcony.. I preferred the bigger room with the balcony with more expansive walls to experience the immersion.
Calling is the best option to know for sure.
There are places to sit and a few chairs around. I'm not sure if they have wheelchairs though. You may want to call and ask about that
