They will email a reminder a day or two before the show. You should be able to access your tickets from that email.

I haven't purchased tickets yet but I would suggest you call or if possible visit the box office at the venue. things seem to work out better with face to face contact even in this our virtual age. it will also give you a chance to scout out the lovely building and plan for parking. nb: is it possible both tickets are included as a package in the "one" ticket you received? just a thought.
