This product is poorly designed. I have no idea who wrote these positive reviews posted by the company. There is a great deal of static when you turn up the volume enough to improve hearing. Fits poorly. Upon trying to return this you have to get an RMA number and NO ONE answers the phone after multiple attempts to reach them. Do not buy this product

These hearing aids are the best. I have the Air model and couldn’t be happier.

I was both surprised and elated seconds after I inserted my new MD in my ear! It was like the TV sound was turned higher and my wife was talking loudly to me. A wonderful feeling. Thank You for contacting me.

Questions & Answers

So you have a deal to ck out your hearing aids. Don't you have to get your hearing tested to know where your hearing level is?

If you are unable to fax or email us a copy of your test, we can tell you that our aids are designed to be the lowest cost medical-grade hearing aids in order to assist people with up to moderately-severe hearing loss. (We cannot assist with profound loss). Our hearing aids are not programmed to your specific hearing loss. We have several settings and a volume control which enable you to pick a setting that is most comfortable for you.

Are they like the ones at Wal-Mart that just amplifies sounds? If so that's not a real hearing aid. I do need some but can't afford $8000.00 a piece. I'm disability and Medicaid and they don't take care of hearing aids.

Our products are FDA registered hearing aids with different frequency responses to fit a wide range of hearing loss. A personal amplifier like the ones you buy at the drug store or big box retailer will make everything equally loud and not have the frequency shaping needed for most hearing loss.

I have an MD Air hearing aid. When I take the tubing etc. off the body I hear a strong sound. But when I connect it and put it in my ear I hear nothing at any setting.. What is wrong?

You call MD and get an authorization. There are time restrictions
