Incompetent drivers out of this hub, idiots don't know the difference between street and place. Tracking says the package was delivered surveillance video says otherwise. Either the drivers are dumber than rocks or they're stealing packages. I'm going with a little bit of both. Update: FedEx driver signed for my package and stole it, FedEx does nothing about it.

Drivers are aware that there are no bells at my building so they stopped coming. I would never receive a door tag or any type of notification that they were here beyond an email, which was also always sent thirty mins after the claimed attempt.I would stand outside for hours on end waiting for no one to show up I have had to wait at this center for hrs waiting on someone to come to the window and get the ticket and then go get my package it is so bad that I won’t shop with ppl or places if they are using FedEx they are terrible about communicating and contacting.

Have had a few higher value packages stolen when they go through this distribution center. To the point I had to file police reports. Even with all of this being known FEDEX does nothing. Beware of shipping anything via FedEx as again, this is a known issue that has been going on for years.
