This company has by far THE BEST customer service team i have ever dealt with. We had an issue with a product we got my kids for christmas. I contacted them and within a day or 2 our issue was resolved by Tracie who was beyond kind and helpful, and they sent a new device that came with one of their products plus a little something extra for my kids!
