These people are scams. They tried to tell me I had a debt with a certain company. The company told me I did not owe them anything and they had never heard of Merchants Credit. They are rude, unprofessional and scam artists. Beware!

I received a call from Ely Robinson and he was very rude and unprofessional. He provided incorrect information and was all over the place. He was in a hurry to get off the phone yet kept asking if I had questions, which I did and still wouldn’t let me talk. He kept talking over me and being condescending. How do you expect me to get anything resolved when your representative is uneasy and impatient. Do better please!

I had a few medical bills on my credit report. Everytime I called this company I got amazing representatives. Always polite, genuine and patient. I wish I got the names of everyone I spoke too. I was able to set up automatic payments and as long as my payments went through it would stay off my credit report. I just called and spoke to a young lady who was so pleasant, I just wanted to know when my last payment would be... Thank You for making paying this debt so easy and providing excellent customer service!!

Tried to clear up.my bill and was unable too thee woman said u have a lawyer I said no she didn't believe me so told me to email someone and I did have heard nothing meanwhile it sits on my credit report..Guess they really don't want you to pay
