Purchased 2 tickets over a month ago for mid April. I’ve received zero correspondence from you. When should I expect my tickets?

They should have sent you and email and confirmation right away. This is not a venue where they will call you.

a phone call might help but I would suggest if possible a visit to the box office at the venue.

I got mine no problemo via email.
