Thank you!!! I'm coming from Rockford so I wouldn't have had a clue about the "parkchicago" app
We took a train I from Harvard and walked, it took a bit, but we really enjoyed walking
Parking is usually not a problem in the area, at most you are looking into a few dollars in one of the paid parking spots on street (recommend downloading parkchicago app if not yet)
I found parking on the street right in front and I think parking wouldn't be a problem. I don't know if there are still available tickets. I bought mine in December. I remember paying around $55
James Kilmer Garage Address: 1560 N Sandburg Terrace. Online was $11.
Parking was a bit of a nightmare but if you're from Chicago you're used to it. Most of street parking is permitted and for residents. If you Google Map parking the first two options are actually resident lots, the gallery doesn't have its own parking. We found valet parking about a block away, using Google Maps. Pricing was about what you'd expect. All that to say this...it was worth it.
