This company is awful because they didn't even file my taxes. I never received a notice from the IRS saying they received my 2019 return. In addition I never got then money I was owed. When I tried to call they claimed that the return was filed and received by the IRS but whenever I would to the refund tracker on the IRS website my information was found. Long story short I wouldn't trust this company and I will never file with them ever again...

This place is a SCAM. I called turbo tax from the number that was provided and they stated they were turbo tax. They told me they wouldn’t charge me and I had explained that I was gonna do my taxes my self to save money but had issues filing and they ‘assured’ me it wouldn’t be charged. I have texts stating so as well. They lied on my return stating I attended school when I didn’t and I had explained I hadn’t. This resulted in additional fees that they pocketed. They charged me $1000 to file my taxes and when I gave them my information for getting direct deposit and they sent it to a completely different account. Then they mailed me a check 3 weeks later. Now I ‘owe’ the IRS $2700 plus whatever interest fees. When I asked for our call recordings they got real irritated and told me I need to get a attorney. They were nice until I found out just how shady and illegal this business is. This is terrible. Please stay away. It’s a fake location and Christian is the person who stole from me and falsely filed my return for 2017.

I filed my taxes twice 2016 and 2017 got my federal back but they snatched 1763 of my state taxes and like every one says they don't charge u but obiviously they got the money some how smh. Never again

Contact fbi cybercrimes unit. Put fraud alert with its. I learned the hard way.
I still haven't received anything pertaining to mine. I received a letter from the IRS saying I had to verify who I was before they issued any refund .. i plan on reporting them for fraud by tomorrow since they won't even send me a piece of mail

these people are scammers,, and the people out here talking about ''they are legit'' you guys are actually the employees from 1800 tax team pros
I got my refund in like two or three weeks, it was more than turbo tax was showing me when I was doing it on my own.. I did have to wait like normal but no scam I did get my refund in full..
No they are 100% legit. You can find their information on the IRS website as a legit tax filing company. They can even help you bypass your AGI to get your taxes filed.
Did irs said u was going to get it ? I filed Jan 31with them and still nothing still saying processing when i check online at irs.
