Recently visited with a reservation at 6PM. If you GPS the location, it will put you in an adjacent parking lot but you just have to drive right, and you’ll see it in the cut. Parking wasn’t an issue although there didn’t seem to be any dedicating parking. Everything here is cooked fresh so expect some wait time. This isn’t a quick bite and go kind of restaurant. But I will say EVERY MINUTE IS WORTH THE WAIT!! The food was incredible! We ordered three appetizers, which all came out separately (finally a restaurant that gets it right!), so we had enough time to enjoy and taste all the flavors. Portions are typical of a higher end restaurant, but they are enough for you to get through everything and end with dessert, without feeling like you want to explode or go to sleep. For entrees, we ordered the lamb and the duck. Two meats that you have to be wary of when ordering as they can be cooked horribly. Not the case here. Cooked and seasoned to perfection! You best believe we will definitely be back for future date nights. I’ve tried most if not all of the restaurants downtown, this place has them beat by a mile.

Dockside made a good date night with the friendly service and ambiance. The ingredients seem high quality and are prepared and seasoned well. However, there really wasn't a wow factor to anything that would make me choose to go here over trying other restaurants in the area.

Our dinner was great! The white fish gnocchi was amazing. I wish they had more variety of cheese in the cheese plate.

This restaurant has a beautiful view of the harbor and sunset. Great location and atmosphere. Our waitress was nice but seem like it took forever for the food and desserts to arrive. Overall slow service allows us to get comfortable with each so I guess in some way isn't so bad after all. I had the lamb chop, it was perfectly cooked and full of flavors. Enjoy it with the house cab. The price seems to be a bit high for the value.

No. But its a nice place for dinner. I would respect the other diners and not be super under dressed i.e., have shoes, shirt, and take a shower with your favorite brand of soap.

Hi Ian: Our restaurant does not have outside seating or a patio. Perhaps you are thinking about Budd Bay which is next door.

Is it quiet? As opposed to noisy.
