Good selection, good pricing, love the pick-a-brick selection, but every time I come in I feel like I'm an inconvenience to the staff. My first time in I saw what I assume was the "boss" disciplining his employee in full view and hearing of everyone and it was very uncomfortable. I'll keep going probably when I need a few specific pieces or older sets or something, but I try to avoid interacting with the staff at all costs.

Just recently got into Lego and decided to get into the train sets. I know next to nothing about the Lego world besides what I had when I grew up so it’s hard to explain what I’m looking for. Aaron has been helpful every-time I visit the store and not only knows exactly what pieces I’m looking for, but also helps me find them (he has a serious talent with finding the small pieces). Everyone else that works there, and visits, is insanely friendly and helpful. But if you need help researching or finding parts or solutions to you Lego problems, Aaron is your guy!

Once I heard the Lego Ideas Tron: Legacy set was a thing, I called up the Brickhouse to see if they had one in stock. The Brickhouse kept getting this set in stock, but I just kept missing my chance to go pick the set up. So, today I called them up, and asked for the set, and they said they had ONE copy in stock. So, I ran down there, and guess what? The Brickhouse had saved this exact copy for me! This was a very welcomed surprise, and very excellent costumer service. Will buy from them again.

The mini figs in the buuld your own table are $2.99 each.
If it is a Brickhouse store gift card then it is redeemable at our store. If it is a official LEGO store gift card those have to be redeemed at one of the licensed LEGO locations unfortunately.
Were you looking for specific animals? We have a small selection of animals at the store however if we didn't have what you were looking for I'm sure we can track it down for you.

We have limiting customer numbers in the store as well as asking everyone to wear a mask and distance. We daily spray down bulk bins with disinfectant and have gloves avaliable, if you want, to dig through the bulk tables.
