I filed with them because i thought it was turbo tax. I called about a agi number and they started doing my taxes. Are these people scammers??

I got my refund in like two or three weeks, it was more than turbo tax was showing me when I was doing it on my own.. I did have to wait like normal but no scam I did get my refund in full..

I have similar experience. Called Turbo tax and a guy named Jeffrey filed my taxes. He seemed so nice but I have an uncomfortable feeling as I am calling and can't get anyone to speak to. How do i get in touch with IRS to alert them?

I really hope these people are legit. They have ALL my info and my kids. I have an eerie feeling about the whole thing. I reported it to the irs so if it is a scam. It won't last long.

Same situation I am in. I called for my AGI as well and this girl filed and charged 7 hundred and some odd dollars and I didn't need her to file my taxes. So to me that was an underminded move. But once its in the irs hands there is nothing else to do. i have emailed and emailed, called and called and I haven't heard nothing. It will be a month on the 13th that they filed my taxes, and I have never in my life had to wait this long . I am searching for answers, I am calling everybody at this point to reporting these people and their company. They got they right one this time, if this is something they do to people every year. I am pissed.This is horrible.
