Okay this is a legit tax pre service. I did not like the fact that its so hard to get in contact with your agent once you file but i did recieve my return today b/c i was extremely worried

I still haven't received anything pertaining to mine. I received a letter from the IRS saying I had to verify who I was before they issued any refund .. i plan on reporting them for fraud by tomorrow since they won't even send me a piece of mail

Sometimes they do that you should recieve it as soon as you veify the info

You're going to claim fraud because they won't send you a piece of mail? How is that fraud?
