No look problem at all.

Yes you acn take video and pictures, but you cannot use flash.

I wasn't bothered by anyone using their phones! They do ask that you turn flash off, but I didn't really have any issues with the couple of people who did have theirs on.

Pictures and videos are ok, just turn off flash.

People were doing both when I went and it was no problem at all
