I just read another post that the same thing happened to me. They cut off our water then said was turned off the week before and accused us of turning it back on. My husband told her she was a lyer and hung up. Then about an hour later she called and apologized. Her name was Theresa. If they knew how to work with people. I'm starting to think I have gotten the urinary infections from the water.

I'm two months behind because I couldn't pay for the water. The total is $296. They cut off my water on 6-28-22 and I called to pay that price. They say I have to pay $506 because, according to them, they cut off the water on the 6 -22-2022 and that someone turned it on. They say that I turned it on when i know for sure they didn't turnit off,and their chargingme $150 for that . if they had cut off the water that day that same day I would have called now they want to charge me for something I didn't do and also $150 more because they closed my account to open a new one. They want me to pay $656 for everything to be able to connect my water... charging the double. stealing money from those who do not have. I am a single mother and I do not have money to be paying all that

Why is my bill almost $170.00?! I have lived here over 17 years and have NEVER used the amount of water they say I use! This company is a fraud and they are price gauging! Residents of Haltom City let's get together and go after this company!

I'm with you my water bill is $101.39 this month I am 70 and I live alone I did not have a washing machine and I do not use the dishwasher my bill has gone up $10.00 to $20.00 each month since fatham took over!

Never had a water account issue in my life until Fathom.

This company is garbage. All they are doing is stealing your money. Worse department ever. How can you not have a set date for the water bill to be due.

Fathom has a 28 day billing cycle...thus making 12 "months" into 13

I have had nothing but issues since they took over. Website never works. Knew when they made change it would be bad

Hi we are from copperas cove and just got told that Fathom is going out of business at end of November. Have you been notified yet?

First off, I am NOT a fan of Fathom. BUT aren't they just a billing company following the rules that Haltom City gave them? Shouldn't we be protesting with them? Maybe at a City Council meeting?

How am i having 2 bill due in nov....one due the 1st and now one due 29th ...my bill was alway due the 16th when it was haltom ...im paying almost 300 in nov.for water ....

Is it possible to be with a company other than Fathom? Their payments and scheduling are confusing and we keep getting charged things when we have already paid our bill and it's been taken from our bank. They keep sending threats to disconnect water

I will start one. I have had service since October and have had two bills for every month since.

Ibelieve I ambeing double billed. I paid my water last month thenrecd a disconnection notice a few days later. When i went to check my balmce it showed I owed same amount as previous bill. I paid it but I dont believe it was correct. What do I do?

Fathom does anyone have corporate address info, I want to file a class action. This is ridiculous this is the worst service. Too many complaints, why aren't they not looking into the problem #tired of paying high water bill

I hear u their main office is Arizona and I havent found sa corporate number are address they are a bunch of people screwing people that don't have alot of money sorry I couldn't help more call the ultilty commission they might help

If people are protesting this company I am interested. I do not use the watering system at my home and we stopped using the dishwasher and watch how long we shower. 175 is alot.

Fathom is ridiculously high! Our water bill for a small 2 bedroom with only 2 occupants no pool,no excess usage, is higher than our electric! Ridiculous!

been living in haltom city 20 years never see my water bills as high as this $180 dollars and I dont hardly water my lawn I can prove it look at my front yard my normal water bills was $135 on average usage. something is not right.

You can read your meter. Go to it, flip open the lid... wait for a few seconds as the light activates the solar for reading. I check that all the time.

Question if you leave water running but you have a sprayer on the hose that cuts the water on and off will it still run up your bill as if the water is running

You have to keep an eye on your trickle meter, some hoses and sprinklers do not completely shut off.

I believe you provide your own. You use to be able to purchase the recycling bins from Haltom City but not sure anymore since Fathom took over.

Is there an after hours number? I paid my water bill yesterday, got off work today and my water is off.
