I just read another post that the same thing happened to me. They cut off our water then said was turned off the week before and accused us of turning it back on. My husband told her she was a lyer and hung up. Then about an hour later she called and apologized. Her name was Theresa. If they knew how to work with people. I'm starting to think I have gotten the urinary infections from the water.

I'm two months behind because I couldn't pay for the water. The total is $296. They cut off my water on 6-28-22 and I called to pay that price. They say I have to pay $506 because, according to them, they cut off the water on the 6 -22-2022 and that someone turned it on. They say that I turned it on when i know for sure they didn't turnit off,and their chargingme $150 for that . if they had cut off the water that day that same day I would have called now they want to charge me for something I didn't do and also $150 more because they closed my account to open a new one. They want me to pay $656 for everything to be able to connect my water... charging the double. stealing money from those who do not have. I am a single mother and I do not have money to be paying all that

I'm with you my water bill is $101.39 this month I am 70 and I live alone I did not have a washing machine and I do not use the dishwasher my bill has gone up $10.00 to $20.00 each month since fatham took over!

Fathom has a 28 day billing cycle...thus making 12 "months" into 13

I will start one. I have had service since October and have had two bills for every month since.
My bill due on the 15th of May and they call the same day with a disconnect notice.
I hear u their main office is Arizona and I havent found sa corporate number are address they are a bunch of people screwing people that don't have alot of money sorry I couldn't help more call the ultilty commission they might help
Fathom is ridiculously high! Our water bill for a small 2 bedroom with only 2 occupants no pool,no excess usage, is higher than our electric! Ridiculous!

Yes I'm paying for a small bin it's extra for a large one I pay online so I haven't looked at my paper bill in a while it's not that much for recycling
You can read your meter. Go to it, flip open the lid... wait for a few seconds as the light activates the solar for reading. I check that all the time.

You have to keep an eye on your trickle meter, some hoses and sprinklers do not completely shut off.
I believe you provide your own. You use to be able to purchase the recycling bins from Haltom City but not sure anymore since Fathom took over.

You may want to drive to the payment location. There may be instructions or an after hours phone number posted on the door or payment drop window.
