I will start one. I have had service since October and have had two bills for every month since.
I was paying my bill on their website on time in full but they turned off my service saying I didn't pay the whole bill. When I argued they called me a liar. I started monitoring it closely and found they tried to do the same thing again. They would change the amount of the bill after I paid it. When I threatened to file a lawsuit they said the issue was that they had the wrong zip code on my account. An obvious mistake on their part since there is only one zip code in Haltom City that I'm aware of. The also refused to credit the reconnect fee even after they admitted it was their mistake. They should be put out of business. Curious why a company in Arizona is managing water here in Texas anyway. What's up with that?
