I’m giving it 2 stars because of location and size options available. The layout and functionality is good, but these older units, that have not been remodeled, really need work. Outdated appliances, cabinets, countertops, and floors in rough shape. Management is trying to re-invent this place by adding a dog park and other amenities to the property, but how about remodeling and updating all units first? How about remodeling the laundromat so that residents can actually utilize it. Better customer service is needed at their office. Front office help is very rude and unprofessional! The only one that is worth talking to, is the Manager, she’s both knowledgeable and respectful.

When I first moved here 7 months ago everything was pure chaos! My first night they put a board over the window because the window was broken out. I also had to clean the place myself and it was no small task. HOWEVER. We do have a new manager and I really can't even begin to explain the difference, like night and day really. Things are so much cleaner now and maintenance comes to fix things almost immediately. When there is a problem with a bill the manager will fix it asap.

I really do not recommend it, the person who is in charge of these apartments is a thief and shameless, we went to look for an apt there 3 weeks ago we pay for our applications because it makes you pay for each person who is included and is over 18 fortunately there are only 2 of us, then we paid for the deposit of the apt that interested us… but we found a much better place and we told her that we no longer wanted the apt, which by the way was not ready yet, we would move until the 1st of sep, but the lady did not He returned the deposit money to us! And she told us that she just wouldn't return it 😠 in the contract it didn't say that it was a non-refundable deposit 💵 she should have returned it but she kept it 🙁 … be careful because they shamelessly steal your money there
