Cashier was simply great, however an item I wanted came up a penny. She called the Manger up and asked can I sell this for a penny? Manager snapped at her like she's stupid and treated me like I was too. She yelled at me me telling me mam I can't sell this to you, it's a recall for a reason. Then she asked me what isle I got it on!!! Lol I told her her. She then yelled at cashier telling her she'd have to go gather the products and take them down immediately. We'll the line in the store was wrapped around 10 people deep! So maybe the manager should not be the manager here cause the cashier did so much more by showing respect and manners in a very awkward situation. Neither of us deserved to be yelled at. Manager wants to do this infront of an audience? This was at 4:30 pm Thursday 10/20/22

I really appreciate our neighborhood Family Dollar. Yes, some things are more expensive but mostly just a place to run in and out. I wouldn’t try and buy groceries. Just too expensive. Stick to the Knick knack items.
