We needed some mortar replaced and they matched the color so well you can barely tell it has been repaired. Very nice work, well worth the wait.

Excellent work. The cracks & holes in the brick disappeared because they matched everything so perfectly. Friendly & easy to work with. I would use them again & highly recommend. When I put in new windows I made them shorter. Brick Dr removed aluminum siding & added the brick & matched mortar. Below is before & after pictures.

We had some bricks crack and a corner of the foundation popped, or cracked away during the recent drought. The Brick Doctor determined it was cosmetic damage, and replaced the bricks and reformed the corner of the foundation. Excellent results! Highly recommended.

Our 1984 built house had major foundation work completed and due to a previous sliding foundation, and slow deterioration over the course of 2 Years, resulted in us needing 3 out of the 4 sides of our homes cracked mortar and bricks repaired. I called Brick Doctor and they came out to do the full evaluation first. Unlike the other bids I got, Brick Doctor actually came out to our house first! The gentleman listen to all of my concerns and addressed what I was seeing as in need of repair, and educated me further on bricks and on mortar. He level set my expectations. I expressed concerns about the possibility new work not matching existing, and he said it would not be a problem, and stated the brick repair would match existing. He was right! And unlike the other companies that we got bids on, Brick Doctor was the only one that said this. I sent the check in to start the next steps of the process and was promptly told there was a waiting period due to everyone in DFW needing brick repair in the summer months. I had expected this, as it was the same case with the other 4 bid companies we sought. However- about 2 weeks after sending in the check they called to set up the appointment to complete the work and stated they were running early with the schedule. My wife was due for planned serious back surgery, and the times he suggested wouldn’t work for us as she would be freshly home from the hospital recovering. Scott Thurston was the repairman on our job and he was the BEST! He said he totally understood and moved the time around to help with my wife’s surgery recovery. He did this out of complete caring! He said “the brick saw can be loud!” So I said we’ll wait! And about 2 weeks later, after her surgery, he orchestrated the date and time by text with me, and arrived and repaired all of the bricks and mortar as planned. Everything I talked about with the rep ahead of time was done and then some. It might sound odd to some to show so much praise for brick repair, but I have to write this bc in just getting quotes for the job, no one else showed as much caring, and several others “phoned it in” or asked me to send all the photos and measurements to them for a quote, BUT Brick Doctor did none of that, AND was the lowest bid. I would recommend them to anyone! Scott and Brick Doctor as a whole, exceeded my expectations.

Re-bricking a house is quite an expensive project, and is very invasive. Tearing out all the brick, hauling them off, then rebuilding with new brick would likely mean all the landscaping would also need to be removed and replaced. Many other factors would affect the price such as single or two-story, is there a brick chimney, any arches, wing walls, planters, mailbox, etc.? If you have pictures of each elevation, we may be able to give you a ballpark estimate to help you decide if you want to pursue it further. Alternatively, you may want to paint it, or custom stain it to achieve a new look without all the major construction involved of a re-brick!
Yes, we could do that. However, there may be several other considerations. To use full brick will take up about 4-5" of space (into the room), and be quite heavy (you'd want to make sure it would be structurally stable). One alternative may be "thin brick," which comes in several blends, or can actually be cut from any full brick (sawing off the face only). These are then applied to a scratch coat, then grouted with mortar. This is laid similarly as tile, but actually looks and feels like a real brick wall (without so much weight).
