This isn’t a very nice Mobile Park. That’s not to say that there aren’t nice mobile homes here. The bad ones are slowly moving out. The thing is though that as soon as one moves out another moves in to replace them. There are also pot holes in the road way throughout the park. The mobile homes are also very close together.

Unfortunately not. In order to be able to dramatically raise the rent the ownership is currently in the process of gentrifying the trailer park by only moving in brand new mobile homes so they can increase the rent incrementally over the next few years to over $700. And don't worry you dodged a bullet the tap water is not drinkable. Though it is technically safe for human consumption like swimming pool water.
I know how it answered this question once already saying that they are no longer allowing RVs in. But they just moved an RV into the park. So if now they attempt to refuse to let you in you can sue them for violating Fair housing.
Gentrification
I live there. The rent is $440.00 a month which includes water sewer and garbage. We have been under a BOIL WATER ORDER since 7-3-2019. We are on a private well and septic systems. You’ll have to ask management about vacancies.
No just lot spaces to rent and more then a few mobile home's for sale just have to talk to management. if you can ever get ahold of anyone that is cause no1 here knows what they're doing to run a business. (Boil water notice sense July 3rd)
