Been here for about 2 years. Love it here. In under a year I bought and remodeled a place and love it. Only problem I'd say is there's a few people here that make it rough to stay relaxed. But it has gone down since new manager came on. She's cleaned house.

Good place to call home. At least I think so. Place could use a lot of tlc. Ok been here 3yrs now place is really looking good alot of yards are coming together. Farrell cats are down too :) new management doing good job very nice helpful as well.

Cozy place to live with beautiful scenery. Neighbors are nice. Family atmosphere.. Property manager is very kind and helpful. Mountains surround .. close by many stores.. restaurants and many other stores. All bills in this location end up very affordable also.. 5 stars..

Management sucks. 5 years ago the place was kept up and well taken care of, now it is run down and looks crappy. Not because of tenants just extremely bored Care by management who also takes advantage of tenants and scams their money and their homes or her own use.

I'm sorry to say this, but due to the very unprofessional actions of the the management and the violent confrontation from the maintenance guy there. I would stay as far from that trailer park as you can. I was a visitor of a tenant there and I was suddenly harassed by the both of them as I was only there to drive my disabled friend on some errands. If you want a nice park to be at for a bit try koa on Barker Rd

No open lots currently. Most lots will fit only smaller single wides.

Varies depending on size of lot and if you own trailer or not. But roughly $425-450 lot dues + electric everything else included with rent. Deposit is equal to months rent if remember correctly. Little rough looking, bit overall nice place.
