Varies depending on size of lot and if you own trailer or not. But roughly $425-450 lot dues + electric everything else included with rent. Deposit is equal to months rent if remember correctly. Little rough looking, bit overall nice place.
They don't rent trailers only spaces for them you have to own your trailer. Lights are not included in rent, water & trash are included in rent, deposit is about $100. That's what I paid. Any questions just call cathy is great. Nice place to be.
